This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the kimi mobile application, related websites, and services (collectively, the "Services"). kimi is an AI chat assistant that lets you converse with an AI using text, voice messages, and images.

AI Output Accuracy

kimi generates responses by predicting text based on your Inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. If you believe Outputs contain inaccurate information about you, contact us to request correction or deletion where applicable.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
